About me

I am a fourteen year old , aspiring chef from Australia. Over the last two years, I have been staging at some amazing restaurants around New South Wales and Victoria, including Flying Fish, Ormeggio, Assiette (now Albion Street Kitchen), Biota Dining, Four in Hand Dining Room, Cutler and Co, Attica, Vue de Monde, Jacques Reymond ,Pier (Closed), and Becasse(Closed). The staff at these restaurants have been kind enough to allow me into their kitchens to work alongside them and have inspired me immensely.

I have been encouraged by a wealth of people in the industry over the past few years and would like to thank them for their support.

I am planning a pop up restaurant in April with hopefully more to follow.
