I am a fourteen year old , aspiring chef from Australia. Over the last two years, I have been staging at some amazing restaurants around New South Wales and Victoria, including Flying Fish, Ormeggio, Assiette (now Albion Street Kitchen), Biota Dining, Four in Hand Dining Room, Cutler and Co, Attica, Vue de Monde, Jacques Reymond ,Pier (Closed), and Becasse(Closed). The staff at these restaurants have been kind enough to allow me into their kitchens to work alongside them and have inspired me immensely.
I have been encouraged by a wealth of people in the industry over the past few years and would like to thank them for their support.
I am planning a pop up restaurant in April with hopefully more to follow.

It provides a social network for up and coming chefs and enables you to post pictures and messages which can then be critiqued by fellow chefs! Chefs-Talk Creative is a company that creates digital designs for chefs. Sebastian Wussler (CEO) is the brain behind this creative website and is also an extremely supportive, kind and helpful individual.
These guys are some of the most influential people in the German food scene. Their aim is to change the way people think about German food around the world. They travel the world, visiting famous restaurants, to promote new German Cuisine. They are some of the most creative and inspiring people in the world. I’m always eager to see their latest ventures and can’t wait for the day they visit Australia!
My favourite Australian photographer! His creativity, knowledge and skill are truly amazing matched only by his generous spirit and willingness to help others. Beginning his career as a music photographer, Shane has diversified into food photography with clients such as Quay and Otto.
Glenn creates some of the most stunning porcelain in Australia. He uses organic shapes to create natural, yet elegant designs. Nothing is ever a problem for Glen and I’ve appreciated his kindness and support.
In my opinion the best bread in Australia. They own four bakeries serving a wide variety of perfect bread and pastries with great coffee and welcoming staff. Worth the trip just to sample their sourdough!

This team import the finest french wines,truffles, caviar and foie gras to Australia! Their store is based in Brisbane but products can also be purchased online. Amanda has an amazing knowledge of French wines and Champagnes and her help has been invaluable .Thanks Amanda!
